EXCURSIONS ON FUERTEVENTURA IN SMALL GROUPS
The Tapas Tour in Fuerteventura is a culinary journey to two selected fincas. You will get to know the culture and snacks of Fuerteventura. An interactive walk awaits you at each farm to learn about the island's local products. Try prickly pears, local mojo sauces and jams. Learn how healthy olive oil is made. The delicious goat cheese is a must and is offered during a cheese tasting with Spanish red wine.
The small live cooking show with alioli and mojo verde is very popular.
Get closer to local life and be surprised by new tastes.
Did you know that cactus grow particularly well in Fuerteventura? Taste the prickly pear tuno indio(seasonal) on our tour and find out what the edible cactus Nopal is all about.
The tour guide also shows how you can make your own green mojo sauce and the delicious white alioli.
The Canary Islands have their own rustic cuisine. Together we will get to the bottom of the special features and you can taste everything.
Prickly pears are rich in vitamins and antioxidants and their color is a mix of red, purple and crimson. We learn how to keep the plant, harvest the fruits and try the Nopal cactus.
At Adrian's olive grove we created a place under the eucalyptus tree. The cozy atmosphere and the history of the family make this moment unique. Now it's all about healthy olive oil in Fuerteventura.
We will experience a professional tasting of the homemade extra virgin olive oil together. Learn more about the production of nativ olive oil and its cultivation on the finca.
During the guided walk you will see olive trees and fruit trees that tempt you with seasonal fruits. The perfect place for an unforgettable holiday photo.
For centuries, Fuerteventura had more goats than residents. Goat cheese is the most famous product in Fuerteventura and is internationally recognized.
Enjoy a glass of red wine and find your favorite cheese during the cheese tasting.
The goats look forward to your visit.
New in the program is the Gofio Workshop. Get started yourself and make your own Pella de Gofio.
Gofio is a roasted grain flour and is an integral part of Canary Islands culture.
Life used to be unimaginable without Gofio. Today we hear little about the tradition of eating gofio. That's why it's even more interesting to find out more about Gofio. Maybe an idea for at home?
The tour starts in the south of the island and mainly shows the southern part of Fuerteventura. During the tour we will be on foot on the two farms and explore the country and its people. Group size max 16 people. Distance on foot 1.5 km.
If you live in the north of the island, please arrange a meeting point by email.
Pick up included in front of your hotel in the south of the island.
